Tree plantation means planting more trees. Trees are very important to us in many ways.Trees, soil, water and air are the important elements of the environment. Life is impossible on the earth without trees.Trees are our real friends. Trees are very essential to any living being. So, tree plantation is a must for our own sake. We get oxygen from trees. Besides, we leave carbon-di-oxide which inhates it. Trees prevent air pollution.They prevent river erosion and soil erosion. They help our farmers to grow better crops. Trees play a vital role in maintaining ecological balance. Trees add beauty to the nature. We get various foods, foods, wood, shade and flowers from trees. We get many valuable medicine from the leaves, barks and roots of trees. But we destroy this living saving element in a large scale. We cut down trees for housing and cultivable land. Besides, we cut trees for wood. We should not cut trees for our existence. We should plant more and more trees. June and July are the best time for tree plantation. We should make people conscious about trees. Government also should take necessary steps in this regard.
